Third Year Studio
Based in Chicago, five grids were overlaid onto the site as well in elevation, allowing me to create a small residential building with 2 different required room sizes. The sizes were predetermined at 500 square feet and 1000 square feet. The two room sizes gave me the flexibility to move them around the grid to create different patterns though the facade for different clientele by using a prefabricated modular system. This project contains all hand drawings with minimal digital work.
